Brian P. Cassidy, Esq.

Brian Cassidy graduated from Hampdon-Sydney College in Virginia with a degree in Chemistry and Spanish. After joining the Suffolk County Police Department, he returned to school, receiving his law degree from Touro College. He served several years as the Commanding Officer of the Department’s Legal Bureau in the Commissioner’s Office. He is a member of the Suffolk County PBA and the Suffolk County Superior Officer’s Association. Mr. Cassidy is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
He is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and the Eastern Federal District Court of New York. Mr. Cassidy’s practice is focused on guardianship, probate, and estate planning as well as assisting in real estate matters.
Christopher M. Romano, Esq.

Christopher Romano graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a degree in criminal justice and received his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Real Property Section of the NYS Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in New York, and the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York.
Mr. Romano’s practice is focused on all real estate matters including residential and commercial purchases and sales, short sale negotiations, modifications, landlord/tenant disputes, and lease negotiations. Mr. Romano represents various commercial and private lenders and has worked extensively with investors.
