Meet Our Attorneys
Brian P. Cassidy, Esq.
Brian Cassidy graduated from Hampdon-Sydney College in Virginia with a degree in Chemistry and Spanish. After joining the Suffolk County Police Department, he returned to school, receiving his law degree from Touro College. He served several years as the Commanding Officer of the Department’s Legal Bureau in the Commissioner’s Office. He is a member of the Suffolk County PBA and the Suffolk County Superior Officer’s Association. Mr. Cassidy is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
He is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and the Eastern Federal District Court of New York. Mr. Cassidy’s practice is focused on guardianship, probate, and estate planning as well as assisting in real estate matters.
Christopher M. Romano, Esq.
Christopher Romano graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a degree in criminal justice and received his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Real Property Section of the NYS Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in New York, and the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York.
Mr. Romano’s practice is focused on all real estate matters including residential and commercial purchases and sales, short sale negotiations, modifications, landlord/tenant disputes, and lease negotiations. Mr. Romano represents various commercial and private lenders and has worked extensively with investors.
Aimee Fox, Esq.
Andrew J. LoManto, Esq.
Andrew graduated from Seton Hall University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Journalism in 2015. Mr. LoManto went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Touro Law School where he was the founder and President of the Business Law Society. Mr. LoManto has a diverse background in numerous areas of law, including but not limited to: personal injury, commercial litigation, estate planning, commercial and residential real estate, and lender representation.
Since joining Cassidy, Romano, & Love, P.C., Mr. LoManto has represented numerous commercial and residential real estate buyers and sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, institutional and private lenders. He also concentrates his practice in the field of Wills, Trusts, Estates, Probate, and Guardianships. Mr. LoManto is a member of the New York Bar Association.
